Arthritis

1 in 6 Americans suffers from some kind of arthritis in the United States. Many of them blame it on things such as getting older, the weather, stress, poor posture ect. But these are simply rumors. These factors that arthritis is blamed on, is not the cause. So many people who have arthritis don't know the actual cause of it. They say, "Oh yeah it's from cracking my knuckles all the time when I was younger." But the truth is, nobody knows what the actual cause of the problem is.

In my opinion, I was always told to sit up straight and stop cracking my knuckles or else I would get arthritis. But now I know that that is not true. There is so much speculation about the real reason that arthritis is around. I will try to straighten my posture but I'm still going to crack my knuckles!
