Chain Smoking Todder

Watching this video, my initail reaction was shock. I could not believe in my eyes what I was actually seeing on the screen. He is two years old! I can't believe the parents would actually allow him to start smoking at 11 months old. That to me is just disgusting. He smokes four packs a day. He is basically cursed into having some sort of cancer. Lung cancer, mouth cancer. Anything. It is just disgusting how someone could even let thier child smoke. Ciggarrettes are very cheap in Indonesia so I guess it's pretty easy for them to buy them since they are so inexpensive. To change this behavior, this child needs to stop smoking. The parents need to stop supporting this habit and the child needs to have a serious lifestyle change. I don't think this will ever become a problem in our country. Atleast not with toddlers. Sure teens smoke and we do need to put a stop to that.
